Halo Salon was nominated, and was a finalist in the 2013 Portland Beauty and Style awards! A fixture in NE Portland since 2001, Halo was remodeled and expanded in 2013. Our relationship with Bumble and bumble, and our passion for education drives this staff. We love to create. Using Goldwell color, we are confident in our ability to transform you whether the change be small or dramatic.
